Before join the Amal fellowship, I think that leader is the person who works in large organization and has authority. But Amal introduces me a concept of everyday leadership which I really appreciate. It means that if you take a responsibility you are a leader. With your hardwork you can be a leader. So, Amal assigned me an activity to show this everyday leadership. So,i decided to fix one place in my house which was unfixed and it was affecting me alot.

I red that the things which are in your surrounding always distracts you and take your attention.I feel this thing personally. When i was trying to do my project work 2 which was assigned by amal academy. But i could not concentrate completely on my task.Because my book rack in which my all study related material placed. This is my small library. Now it was full of stuff which is not related to study. It was taking my attention and i cannot concentrate on my task. Now you can see in the picture it is so much messy.

So,i decided to fix it.Because without fixing it i cannot concentrate on my task.so i keep all the things on their place and waste all the extra things.and i cleaned all dust. Here is the picture when it was totally arranged.

I was feeling very satisfied and proud.Because i completed a very big task. Now my mind was working on 120kilometrepersecond.

I enjoy alot in this activity.I realized that our small effort makes a big difference.I will try to fix things on daily basis.

Thank you😊
